1. Who we are

This policy explains how Nextechalign Systems Private Limited ("NexTechAlign Systems", "we", "us"), CIN U62099KL2023PTC083269, registered office at Building No. 60/49e, 3rd Floor, JC Chambers, Panampilly Nagar, Ernakulam, Kerala 682036, India, handles personal data when you use nextechalign.com, our IT services, or our NTAS business-messaging platform.

2. Data we collect

• From you directly: name, phone number, email, company name and address, and messages you send us through forms, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• When you buy from us: billing details, GST number and payment confirmations. Card and UPI details are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store them.
• NTAS platform users (our clients and their staff): login email, name, role and activity logs.
• Data our NTAS clients upload or receive: their customers' names, WhatsApp numbers, tags and other fields they choose, and WhatsApp messages exchanged with those customers.
• Location, only if you choose to share it: when you book a site visit and tap "Share my location", your browser asks your permission and sends your approximate GPS location so our engineer can find you. It is used only for that visit.
• Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and basic analytics on our website.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries; to provide, support and bill our services; to run the NTAS platform for our clients; to keep our systems secure and prevent misuse; to meet legal, tax and accounting duties; and, only with your consent, to send you updates and offers (for example, when you tick "Send me updates and offers on WhatsApp"). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.

4. NTAS: our role for client data

When a business (our "client") uses NTAS to message its own customers, the client decides what data is collected and why, and is the Data Fiduciary for that data. We process it only on the client's instructions to deliver the service. If you received a WhatsApp message from a business using NTAS, contact that business first to exercise your rights; we will assist them. Reply STOP to any marketing message to stop receiving it.

5. WhatsApp and Meta

NTAS works through the official WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms. Messages and phone numbers sent through NTAS are transmitted to and processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. NTAS is not owned or operated by Meta.

6. Who we share data with

Only service providers that help us run our business and are bound to protect the data: cloud hosting providers, Google Workspace (email and the enquiry sheet), payment gateways, and Meta/WhatsApp for messaging. We share data with authorities only when the law requires. We never sell personal data.

7. Where data is stored

Our servers are hosted in India. Some providers (for example Google and Meta) may process data outside India, as permitted under Indian law.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 2 years. Customer and billing records: as long as tax laws require (usually 8 years). NTAS client data: for the duration of the subscription, then deleted within 30 days after it ends, unless the client asks for an export or the law requires longer.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of stored access tokens, hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

10. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of your personal data and how it is used; correct, complete or update it; erase it where it is no longer needed; withdraw consent; nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance. Write to the Grievance Officer below; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Cookies and local storage

Our website uses essential cookies and your browser's local storage (for example, to remember the name and number you entered in the WhatsApp form on this device). You can clear these in your browser at any time.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on this page.
